Big 2 Neighbors is provided by Joytility Tech. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Big 2 Neighbors Android application.
Big 2 Neighbors does not require you to create an account. Joytility Tech does not receive your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or messages through the app. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
Game progress, preferences, and related gameplay information are stored locally on your device as needed for the app to function. Joytility Tech does not operate a server that receives this gameplay data.
Full Edition lets you choose a photo through your device's image chooser or take a photo using a camera app. The selected image is processed, cropped and saved locally for your avatar. The app does not upload it to Joytility Tech, an AI service, or another server. Your win animation is created on the device from your saved portrait and does not require internet access.
You can replace or delete your main saved portrait in My photo avatar. A separate local copy keeps the portrait used by your current or most recent saved deal, even after you replace or delete the main portrait; that deal copy is removed when a new deal is successfully saved. Deleting a portrait does not erase your score. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling removes all locally stored portraits and game data.
The app requests access only to the image you choose. For camera capture, a temporary photo file is shared with the camera app through a temporary access grant and is deleted after processing or cancellation. The app does not request access to your entire photo library.
Big 2 Neighbors may offer a one-time purchase to unlock the Full Edition. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Joytility Tech does not receive or store your payment-card or banking information. The app may receive purchase and entitlement information from Google Play as necessary to provide and restore purchased features.
Big 2 Neighbors does not include third-party advertising and does not use third-party analytics to track your activity.
Normal gameplay and photo-avatar processing do not require an account or internet access. Internet access may be used when communicating with Google Play services, including for purchase-related functionality.
Big 2 Neighbors is not directed to children under 13, and Joytility Tech does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Joytility Tech does not sell personal information. Because the app does not upload your game data or photos to Joytility Tech servers, there is no personal gameplay or photo database maintained by Joytility Tech for this app.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app's features or data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
